The helmet’s outer shell, made from an extremely strong, practically unbreakable high-tech plastic, is firmly bonded to the dome-shaped inner shell. The inner dome material absorbs the impact energy of a crash or collision, to provide optimal protection. The inner helmet is also comfortably padded. In addition, the uvision helmet can be adjusted to fit each individual head shape. It offers 3-dimensional adjustability. Both the length, and width, of the head circumference can be adjusted, while the height can be adjusted with millimetric precision.

fp 3 nature – for the ultimate western look

The classic brown and white marked western horse strongly influenced the creation of this helmet, when our uvex design team turned to the natural world for inspiration. The imitation fur cover enables the creation of a natural, truly western look. The uvex fp 3 active helmet is the starting point for the uvex nature series. Made possible because of injection moulding technology, it has frequently gained top marks in a range of tests, carried out by specialist trade magazines. For example, in a test by Cavallo Magazine, uvex fp 3 nature was voted the winner out of the 12 helmets tested.

It stands out from other helmets due to its exceptionally light weight, perfect ventilation and optimal comfort, while still giving the highest protection. The fp 3´s intelligent, temperature regulating interior (uvex clima management) ensures you always have a cool head. It uses a specially designed, breathable clima membrane and sweat absorbing and transporting material, similar to that used in high performance, wicking sports underwear. Specially positioned, integrated air channels, quickly dissipate excess heat caused by physical exertion or high ambient temperatures.
