uvex Internet Privacy Policy

Any visit you make to our website will be logged by an appropriate third-party service provider. In addition to recording the date and time of your visit, this log also stores information relating to your Internet browser, your surfing behavior within our websites and your IP address. It is not generally possible to personally identify a specific individual using the data collected, nor would we wish to do so. This anonymized data is merely gathered in order to help us continuously improve our Internet presence. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose, nor will we pass it on to third parties.

We further promise that we will only store your personal information if you yourself have provided it to us, for example by completing a registration form or online application, or by entering into a contract with us. Any personal information you make available to us via a website or e-mail will be used exclusively for the purpose of correspondence with yourself, and then only for the specific purpose for which it was originally provided. The data you provide will be forwarded solely to the relevant department within our parent company, or, if appropriate, to other members of the uvex Group.
